What is the refund/cancellation policy for purchased sessions?

Please be careful in selecting your appointment time with our coaches and service providers. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time it will count as a completed and will not be eligible for a refund. 


If you do need to re-schedule, or cancel a purchase please send an email to our Client Services Team at services@thrivemycareer.com.au.


Please Note: Coaching sessions must be delivered less than 3 months after your Thrive account expires.
